My parents have insurance and when they added me to the policy (of 2 cars), it went from $150 a month to $350, which we can't afford. We cancelled that insurance (with geico) and now have esurance, where my parents pay $135 monthly (with the same coverage), without me added. Should I be added on the policy, even though I don't drive much? If I'm driving and get in an accident, can I say that I was just burrowing my dad's car? Will I be covered under him then? (since i don't have my own car) I am confused. How does this work? thanks

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THING Okay so long story short, my bank messed up and my car insurance didn't get paid for.. This was about 3 or 4 months ago. And then it just stopped withdrawing money from my account each month, and I figured I would just take my chances and go without insurance. I didn't cancel it or anything. I had State Farm, and I figured because I was getting a new car anyway I wouldn't bother, but getting a new car took a lot longer than than I thought and I just ended up getting one yesterday. So I got a 2000 Buick Park Avenue, it has airbags, all that. It should have a decently low insurance rate. I have gotten 1 speeding ticket, but no accidents. When I called for a quote though, through a different car insurance company, they told me it would be $230 a month. Why is it so high? Is it because I stopped paying for my State Farm Insurance?

First time Car Owner Getting Insurance?

So I live in Massachusetts, going to school in Utah this summer. I'm not under parents policy, and have to start my own policy. The thing is that I found a good deal but it's in Arizona. With a Mass driver's license, Can I buy a Utah insurance to cover the AZ registered car, before I got it registered in Utah? See I have 2 twists here, Mass resident wanna drive a AZ registered car in Utah. of course I will have to change the title/ registration under my name, but I'm asking how should I cover insurance before the car gets completely legit in Utah. Hope you can understand my problem. PS: I know I don't have to convert to a Utah License, but I can if it's absolutely necessary.

I have health insurance for another month, then my divorce will be final and I lose the insurance through my husband's company (with Blue Cross Blue Shield). With a pre-existing condition, it appears that I will not be able to afford health-care after losing his. what is the most reasonable costing health insurance in southern california? I saw a few with low premiums, high deductables(common), but very few office visits covered, other than paying up to deductable. I need, for my family, high deductable, low premium, low priced generic prescriptions, and preferably unlimited office visits at a set rate ($20-$35) per visit. having alot of trouble finding all that. Anthem had almost all, except barely any office visits unless you pay an ultra high monthly. any suggestions?? thanks!!!!
